Lift can take up to 30 minutes just to get to you room has a musty smell and did not have any hand towels. They also did not have any luggage storage as check in was 3pm and I was there at 11am you had to pay the next door chocolate shop to wat h your luggage

This hotel, at best, is a 1*. It functions more like a glorified hostel. It’s loud, very busy, and seems to be full of locals who are long-term renters. This is fine, we love experiencing locals and cultures, but it’s an odd mix when there’s chaos all over. Long queues to even use the elevator. Limited desk service so you can’t check in/out outside regular hours. Elevators so packed it’s difficult to enter with your suitcases. Very loud at all hours and not good soundproofing. Terrible ventilation so we could smell our neighbours smoking in the night. Beat-up and unclean in most areas. Ok for a one night stop but that’s about it. I wouldn’t recommend it.
