One of the two lifts was out of use for six of the seven days I stayed in the hotel, so often long waits for lift service. I reported a bedside light not working just after checking in on the first day,it was never fixed. The room l.e.d bulb lighting was generally poor especially in the bathroom area making shaving a challenge.Aircondtioning was not very powerful and noisy when in use. Room service was very good and done each day, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of hot and cold food and drinks Location of hotel is excellent close to city centre and beaches but was very quiet at night so no sleep disturbance from noise.

This place is centrally located and perfect to get to the center and to the water. I recommend they improve the lighting in the bathrooms. Only two small pin lights in the ceiling. Room is spacious- front desk staff very cordial.

All staff we encountered at the hotel (reception, restaurant and cleaning) were very helpful and polite. To improve the rating of the hotel i would suggest new showers and new air conditioning (stayed in room 714)

Three stars for a three star hotel

The hotel lived up to its three star rating and the cleanliness of the rooms and generally could not be faulted. Don't waste your money on having breakfast in-house.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Shower was excellent, staff were great, pity the bar was not open but there was a bar in the pool area open til 8. Short walk to beach and restaurants etc. Bit noisy in the front of the hotel at night as the dustbin men seem to come to empty bins several times in the middle of the night. Otherwise great location, nice clean hotel with lovely staff.
