Exceptionally clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is located on the top floor with a very small old elevator, so if this might be an issue for you, this hotel is not for you. The hotel is newly renovated and is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, and is a short walk from everything we wanted to experience while in Rome. Highly recommend!

This small guest house gets a thumbs up on all fronts! Great location--a couple blocks from Campo de Fiori. We were able to easily walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, La Trastevere, etc. Excellent and easy to navigate instructions from Bruno for reaching and entering the property. Spacious room with modern bathroom, great AC, comfy bed and very clean. The cafe downstairs was superb for breakfast every morning. The staff was super friendly and became our pals for the 4 days we were there. Highly recommend!

Excellent!!! What a beautiful room in such a unique building that made us feel truly immersed in old Italy (marble stairs, great architecture, soaring ceilings) with modern amenities (elevator, keyless entry), which is what we were looking for. We didn’t want a large hotel chain and didn’t need a restaurant and this was perfect. The location was fantastic, with walk ability to all the historic sites, restaurants and lots of shopping. Communication from the staff was superb from before check in - helping us coordinate travel to and from the airport and cruise port - to ensuring everything was top notch during our stay. Very clean, updated, thoughtfully decorated and styled. Would love to stay again!

Room was very clean and tidy and well equipped. Location was very convenient to a number of restaurants and easy walk to sites. It was lovely to stay in a building with so much character, built in 25th century and refurbished. The only negative was the lift, as we (4 adults- 2 couples travelling together) got stuck for approximately 15 minutes after spending the hot day (over 35 degrees Celsius) exploring Rome.

I had second thoughts about booking a place in a 16 th century bldg & arriving in Rome & finding it at 10 pm. We did without any problems as Bruno sent us detailed instructions. Room was very comfortable. Right outside was a nice cafe for breakfast. You have a few doors to go thru, an elevator & a code to enter. At 10 there’s no staff around though Bruno said to call if we had issues. It was very newly remodeled, clean and nicely situated in a safe area near many activities. AC worked well.
