Spacious clean room recently renovated. Great view with a little balcony. Very confortable bed & pillows. The sofa is really useful for chilling and confirtable. The two simmibg pools, beach access, and nautical activities are a must. Also good breakfast !

Comfortable clean room, nice balcony view, friendly staff although there was a language barrier. Charles at front desk was wonderful. Clean pool and surroundings. Lovely garden with Caribbean plants. What should have been a relaxing weekend was completely ruined by this hotel. I booked a Prestige Double Room however I got a really old run down room (room#147) at the older side of the property. On the first morning of our stay a wooden encasement for the a.c fell off and struck my husband in his lower back while he was standing at the sink in the bathroom leaving two cuts approximately 10 inches long. The manger wasn’t present and receptionist was completely useless. Only because we insisted the receptionist decided to call the manager who said that we have 2 options either they call a doctor but it may take all day until he comes or we can find a doctor on our own and they would refund us. We chose the latter. We found a doctor 10 minutes away ( on our own) who administered a tetanus shot. The receipts were submitted to the front desk but no one reached out to us. I should also mention that the drapes are covered in mildew,roaches in the bathroom and the towels were old and discolored. The breakfast was below average. Do not risk your health and safety by booking at this hotel.

STAY AWAY! When I arrived at 11am from the airport, the rude staff refused to allow me to leave my suitcase, relax by the pool or even remain on the property until the official check-in time of 3pm, unless I sat in the bar. Even the tiniest hotels in Paris do this for guests with reservations, and check them in as soon as a room is ready. I finally carried my own baggage to a room at the back of the property and up a flight of stairs. My room, overlooking a parking lot, was not only very out-of-date and remarkably ugly, but I had to leave immediately as it also smelled terribly of cleaning chemicals for several hours. The air conditioning was freezing cold and could not be adjusted, and the relic telephone had no dial tone. The only option for dinner at the noisy restaurant with plastic chairs, was a buffet for an exhorbitant fixed price of 35 Euros. I was told the beach, which I had been looking forward to, was under construction and not to be used. One swimming pool blasted loud music, and the other was spoiled by boisterous unsupervised children. Having travelled from Canada to enjoy a brief stay in Martinique, I could not have been more disappointed! Only one manager the next day was polite and helpful. The fantastic location and view is 5 star, but the hotel should be demolished and rebuilt with a better layout!

Parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment. C’est un très bel établissement avec une très grande piscine, le pdj propose énormément de choix et le personnel est agréable et serviable. Petit point d’amélioration à apporter un étendoir à linge qui manque sur le balcon. Je recommande cet établissement.

Pour cette fois, la remise des clés s’est faite à l’heure, ce qui est extrêmement appréciable pour moi. Je tiens à le souligner, car cela n’avait malheureusement pas été le cas lors de mes précédents séjours. Le cadre, quant à lui, est agréable et parfaitement propice au farniente : plage et piscine au top.

Bonjour, Je souhaite tout d’abord partager un point particulièrement désagréable concernant mon séjour. À mon arrivée, la chambre n°59 située au rez-de-chaussée m’a été attribuée. Malheureusement, une très forte odeur d’égouts y était présente, rendant les conditions de séjour vraiment inconfortables. J’ai donc immédiatement demandé un changement de chambre. Cela n’a pas été évident dans un premier temps pour la personne à l’accueil, mais une solution a finalement pu être trouvée avec l’attribution de la chambre n°112, située à l’étage, côté restaurant et piscine, où le confort était cette fois parfaitement au rendez-vous. Si je peux me permettre une remarque constructive, il serait utile voire nécessaire de vérifier les chambres du rez-de-chaussée, notamment de la 56 à la 60, car il me semble difficilement acceptable de proposer ces chambres dans de telles conditions. Je tiens toutefois à souligner l’excellent accueil du personnel du restaurant : une équipe souriante, à l’écoute et disponible, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre le reste du séjour agréable. Mon séjour à été catastrophique. Ma chambre à été remplie de cafard/blate. Le Directeur Mr Lisee Dominique a été horrible. Il ne c'est même pas excusé! Ne ma fais aucun effort commercial! La nourriture au restaurant est pire qu'à la cantine. Je ne conseille VRAIMENT pas cet établissement.

Nous voyagions en couple avec notre enfant de 5 ans, et je précise que j’étais enceinte au moment du séjour, ce qui rend les conditions d’hygiène d’autant plus essentielles. Nous avons récupéré notre chambre très tardivement, aux alentours de 21h. Mais à notre grande surprise, l’état de propreté de la chambre était loin d’être acceptable : • Un rasoir usagé a été retrouvé dans la douche ; • Notre fils a commencé à éternuer immédiatement après son installation dans la chambre ; En inspectant davantage, nous avons découvert une quantité importante de poussière sous le lit (photos à l’appui) ; • La chambre était également envahie de fourmis, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. Ces manquements ont fortement impacté la qualité de notre séjour et soulèvent de sérieuses questions sur les protocoles de nettoyage et d’hygiène appliqués par l’hôtel. Au vu des désagréments subis et de notre situation familiale, cette expérience est très en dessous de nos attentes et de l’image que l’établissement renvoie.

Naja, das Hotel war gut, aber schon der Empfang durch das Rezeptionspersonal war nicht so nett, was sich während des Aufenthaltes auch nicht änderte. Ich fühlte mich mehrfach wie eine Bittstellerin. Ein Lächeln gab es nie. Zudem sind die Englischkenntnisse beim Personal mittelmäßig. Da ist mein Touristen-Englisch besser. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und es gab JEDEN TAG das Gleiche. Die Preise in der Bar waren eindeutig zu hoch, leider gab es keine Supermärkte in der Nähe, die zu Fuß erreichbar gewesen wären. In Imbissläden gab es dann Getränke zu einem mittelmäßigen Preis. Das Zimmer war super, d.h. die Klimaanlage war richtig super, ohne die wären wir eingegangen. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und gewischt, bei Bedarf wurden auch die Handtücher gewechselt. Hier gab es einmal ein Lächeln. Hinter der Bar gab es eine kleine Sitzecke, die nutzten wir mehrmals täglich, da es dort schön windig und somit auszuhalten war. Ebenfalls war der Strand nicht schlecht, er befand sich in der Nähe des Hotel (ca. 200m). Dort standen ausreichend Sonnenschirme und Liegen, die zum Glück nur wenig genutzt wurden, so dass wir IMMER Platz fanden. Nicht schön waren die Wasserfahrzeuge, die in unmittelarer Nähe des Strandes händisch betankt wurden, wobei auch immer was daneben ging, das einfach ins Meerwasser lief. Nicht gerade umweltfreundlich. Ich werde den Urlaub in der Karibik nicht wiederholen. Für 3000€ zu zweit bekomme ich woanders mehr und besser. Auch der Flug war anstrengend.

Simple parenthèse de 4 nuits pour profiter du Spa, de la plage et la piscine, OK A fuir le restaurant qui propose le buffet à 40 euros (Beaucoup trop cher)! Chambre à refaire car aspect bien vieillot. Literie ancienne et hyper molle donc elle n'est plus adaptée. Sinon ok pour le reste petit déjeuner varié et copieux.
