Set up for weddings but perfectly suitable for a short break in Cambridge. Easy access to Cambridge with good local amenities. Rooms were well kept with good en-suites. Enjoyed being able to run local footpaths through woods.

8/10 Very good

For what it was, and they were entirely open about the lack of dining options, it was a delightful stay. Rooms were compact but clean, gardens were lovely and there was an exceptionally well signposted footpath led to the local pub. The pool was quaint, basic but quite pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location to the park and ride meant it was extremely easy to get into Central Cambridge.

The room was big and comfortable . Unfortunately it was on the ground floor and everybody can look inside. The curtain was only from the top of the windows so to have privacy you had to be in the dark even with a nice sunny day. They should have curtain half way to allow the light to enter the room and not let walking by people to look inside.

Excellent stay! Loved the lady at reception who was super friendly and helpful! She def was the main heart of the place doing so much :) Fantastic room! Fab pool! Great stay would definitely stay again! X

8/10 Very good

Great friendly staff to welcome you in, the business room was on the snug side with the alcoves, but still a comfy room! I did expect shower gel in the Bathroom but their is a Sainsbury’s a few minutes away to get supplies if you didn’t bring any. Would definitely stay here again, but maybe with a different room / floor as there was quite a few beers on the staircase (reception lady was very helpful with trying to get these moved on)

Visited this hotel 5-6 times. I like the quiet room and comfortable beds. Only the last experience was bad...bed sheet and pillow cases not changed, smells stinky and feel itchy, not sure it's dirt or bed bugs.

Beautiful grounds and building. We stayed in the chalet and room was good. Parking and use of the pool should really be included in the price in my opinion. Beer from the fridge was not cold at all. Location good for getting into Cambridge though and would consider staying again

This was a perfectly adequate room. We slept well. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The vending machine left something to be desired. The property is beautiful and peaceful.

Great set up, peaceful. Tv would benefit from internet tv and wifi was very poor

10/10 Exceptional

Fantastic. Spacious, quiet, everything is there except for breakfast or food. I would recommend 100% there must be an option for food but I didn’t see this time. I stayed in the heatwave, very warm in the room but there was a fan. I loved the nature around there and the path way from the gate to the building. So pretty

6/10 Good

Lovely house with good standard of cleanliness. There were no problem with parking. Very disappointed that there was no restaurant for breakfast as stated when booked. As reception only opened at 4pm there was nobody to help with room issue. There was a tel number provided to call for assistance but no one answered. Shame as nice place to stay.

Lovely place convenient for Cambridge room was clean and comfortable exceeding our expectations for the price We did not use the pool and thought having to pay extra for pool and parking seemed a bit strange Instructions and info prior to visit was very good or saying no shampoo etc but it would of been helpful to know that the gates opened automatically if you drive close enough to them
