For the price of the room, the standard was low. The same for the breakfast. Some days later I was staying in a hostel with better choice and higher quality at breakfast. One of the elevators was not working. The only special point was the open swimming pool on the roof. In the roof bar it was very loud in the evening, the atmosphere there was not good.

We arrived late so convenient location and a really efficient check-in (keys ready, no lengthy unnecessary stuff) were much appreciated. Excellent breakfast. Comfy bed. Only criticism would be complicated lighting in room and some furniture choices (bag stand, easy chairs) designed more for aesthetics than function.

Beställt ett rum med extrasäng. Kom fram, visade sig att hissen inte fungerade. (Har problem att gå i trappor). Skulle bli uppgraderade, fick ist ett miniatyrrum utan fönster eller ens plats för extra säng... Receptionisten misslyckades tre gånger att få nyckelkorten kodade. Slutade med att vi tog beställda rummet-med trappor. Trötta och irriterade. Kändes billigt med ett hotell där 1 av 2 hissar varit trasig länge och antagligen kommer fortsätta vara det länge. Takpoolens omklädningsrum var en trappa (hisstur) ner, vilket blev väldigt kallt. Frukosten god. Trevlig stödpersonal, trevlig personal i frukostmatsalen. Om mottagandet varit bra och hissen lagas, kunde hotellet ändå varit 5 stjärnor.

Alles war super: Vom reichhaltigen Frühstücks Buffet, über die freundliche Unterstützung an Rezeption und Lobby, die einladende Lounge mit gratis Kaffee und Tee, das top ausgestattete Gym und den Spa-Bereich (Sauna/warmer Aussen-Pool) im Obergeschoss mit toller Fernsicht. Die Nähe zu Zug-/Bus-Bahnhof ist ein weiteres Plus. Wir haben uns nach unserer Wanderung sehr gut erholt und das Ambiente genossen.

Jag och min syster kom från en vandring på signalleden till Gällivare där vi skulle vidare till Stockholm. Lyxade till med en natt på det här fina hotellet. Rent, fint, väldigt tillmötesgående personal och en bra frukost. Lobbyn var väldigt inbjudande med härlig atmosfär, bra barmeny och så får man inte glömma närheten till tågstationen då vi åker tåg från den här fina staden. Ps. Tipsar om en quiz vandring där vi lärde oss lite om Gällivares historia Yvonne och Barbro
