Gosh this resort was so beautiful, I stayed at the deluxe room with pool access which is open 24 hours. The breakfast was awesome, French toast, pancakes, fruit platters. And the restaurant’s food was delicious as well. Most importantly the staff is extremely hospitable and kind. Be sure to check out their backyard it’s gorgeous.

Friendly staff but it's like an abandoned property. No staff at the ground level pool bar. No staff at the rooftop pool, either. Restaurant was incredibly overpriced. Like $80 for two apps and two drinks. Far from any other amenities. High road noise (though there is an interior door to close off each room's entry from the sleeping area, which helped). AC was weak. TVs are modern smart TVs, so that was nice. View from room was nice (ocean over treetops). Would not stay here again, but it did the trick for one night by the airport.

The swim up pool of my room was beautiful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel was also not expensive at all which was nice because we were out and about the entire trip. They have someone there that can book all your tours right away. I would recommend and also will come back.

I booked fairly last minute for a short stay, and it's fine for that, but I would make sure you fully understand what you're getting into. My taxi driver was nervous to drop me off there as a solo traveler, so I think it may not have the best reputation. Like others have mentioned, the property really is not well-maintained - a good portion is broken and closed off. It is right next to the highway, so noise is unavoidable. They were also doing construction in the room next to mine up until around 9 PM every night. Also worth noting is that there is a pretty strong sulfur smell all around the property. Pros were that the staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was good. I booked the swim out room which was a cool perk. Overall - it's fine. Not luxury, but it's fine.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout my stay! My room was spotless as was the restaurant. My only reason for 4 * was because I didn’t realise only 1 restaurant was available the time I was here - I think likely due to time of year! Will definitely come back - location wise you’re close to airport but also Ubers to hotel zone or Cancun city centre are only 20 mins max!
