Exceptionally beautiful. Very pricey, but it was very fancy. No microwave in room, but there was a refrigerator. The “family room” had 2 beds and a sofa bed, so my family of 4 needed 2 rooms. In the second room the beds were together into one bed. Not ideal. But the decorative details and the large size of the room was great. The lack of hotel parking or close by parking was not great. We parked in a garage down the street.

My friends and I stayed in the family room there was 2 double bed and 1 bunk bed which was enough to fit for 6 of us. Glad we booked this hotel location was perfect. The hotel was spotless, very huge rooms it was so clean. bed was so comfortable, shower room is very clean and huge. If ever i come back to salzburg i will definitely stay in this hotel again. Staff are amazing and helpful too .

Since we were a group of three, that felt a bit long. I asked the staff to clean the room on the second night, and they were so kind and did it for us!

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Location not so good. In a dirty neighborhood right next to the train station. Lobby area was a little dirty and hard to find employees to assist you. It’s a cheaper hotel though, so good value if you’re on a budget.
