Well where do I start with this truly amazing place. Absolutely stunning, elegant and classy, yet so much cheaper than expected. The beautiful view from the room, we was on floor 22, and was able to see the Eiffel Tower , the room was so bright and clean , the beds were very comfortable, I loved the little uniqueness to the lifts using your room pass scan it at the lift and it takes you straight to your floor, we had dinner in the restaurant good sized portions that tasted amazing, breakfast so much choice , all staff were friendly, so much more to say, will definitely visit again and would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

This hotel is a real gem in Paris. Maybe one of the best deals around. The staff are absolutely wonderful. In particular, Guy, the front desk agent was lovely and a superstar receptionist. The concierge is great too. I had an incident one of the days in the area (not the hotel) and spoke to the Manager of the hotel. She was incredibly professional, empathetic and understanding. That’s what you want in a manager if you have having a very bad day or had an unfortunate incident. Their rooftop bar is just divine. Some of the best views in Paris. They have happy hour and some great deals going. Cocktails are fantastic and the bar tenders are super cool. The rooms are clean, large and have great windows to look out of. Very unique to have such large, comfy rooms in Paris. And at the rates they offer- it’s a real steal. The hotel is often fully booked with conference goer- clearly they are popular. I highly recommend this place! It’s one of my favorites in Paris!

Guy(Name) at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made for a very poor first impression. Thankfully, Tyrese completely turned things around. The room was excellent and my room was clean each and every day. The staff was ok. Their restaurant was overpriced and their menu is not flexible enough for substitutions. The space in the room was top notch. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is not on the best side of town. There is metro that you can take to the city.

Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold. Excellent modern gym and a nice pool. The location is super close for the Paris metro Only drawback is that the limited on site parking was actually on street and we were warned by staff that even if there was a space cars often get broken into. On top of this the covered secure parking was no longer owned by the hotel and was now €10 euros a night extra than the advertised rate. I checked and in booking in it was still showing €35 a night rather than €45 a night. That’s quite a jump and the hotel and hotels.com need to amend this asap

Where to start… hotel looks good until until you stay in it.. firstly it started with having a shower in our bedroom, we have asked to be moved but they said they have been fully booked so can’t move us, after complaining multiple times they gave us a new room but it was just as bad so we have stayed in original room as there was no difference ( me and my partner ) so we have moved past it. Rooms: floor dirty, constantly finding someone’s long black hair everywhere we sat, on the bed floor table sink, everywhere! (I’m short brown hair my gf is blonde so deffenetly not us) AC didn’t work at all it was 35c outside and our ac didn’t work… one of the reasons we wanted this hotel was because of ac.. we complained and they have bring us two fans. No fridge… they have said only “ super delux bedroom” have fridge which is £2500 a night.. rather buy my own fridge for the stay then pay this.. shower power and hot water was good, and bed comfy, nice and dark in the bedroom. There is no vending machine at the hotel and at the bar they don’t allow you to bring out any drinks you buy.. so when we asked for big bottle of water we wasn’t allowed to take it upstairs, so we was stuck buying worm drinks from the shops.. swimming pool is horrible and dirty, you have to book in advance, at reception, even when we booked and went up it didn’t let us in bc they need to make a new card for you, so we was on lift going up40floors around 4x .. I can say more but run out of characters..

Hôtel de grand standing, proche du stade de france, idéal pour pouvoir assister aux concerts. Ma fille et moi avons déjà séjourner dans cet hôtel l'année passée pour un concert au stade de france.
