The staff were very friendly, especially the ladies. The view from the balcony was awesome. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. It would be better if it weren't carpeted

8/10 Very good

We loved the location. Right across the beach. We had a beach view room. Also right on the edge of old town. It’s an older hotel. No frills/basic. But great for the price. The really big downfall is we were there for a week, and the air conditioning (building wide) happened to go out on our arrival and was never fixed, during our entire stay. We had to sleep with our outdoor terrace doors opened and it was still uncomfortable sleeping temps. Also, having to have the doors/widows opened, meant lots of mosquitoes snacking on our arms and legs, as it was too hot for any covers. Breakfast was just okay. Very basic. Very few options. But we did enjoy our stay.

6/10 Good

Breakfast was bad, especially the presentation of it. Very old hotel with a need of renovation. Location good, next to beach. Dinner was good. In the room the air condition blew straight to bed, and you could only control the fan speed, not the temperature (cause so old system).

Great location, step outside onto the beach. The staff were very friendly. Might need a little updating but still very clean and comfortable

6/10 Good

This hotel is in a great location. I was disappointed though because I upgraded my room so I would have a balcony as shown in the pictures but didn’t get one. The staff said it is not guaranteed and would offer no compensation. I also didn’t like that there was no place for me to sit outside. Lots of empty tables and chairs around but you can’t use them unless you order food or drinks from them, even though these tables aren’t set for meals. There wasn’t a pool or workout room.

Excellent location , very walkable to the old town and restaurants as well as to train station. Grocery store acoss the street, beach and beach stroll across the street and a lovely garden to relax outdoors in with a good book. Excellent breakfast.

The location on the seafront and the old tropical plants in the front garden, made this belle epoque hotel a perfect choice for us. We had booked a large room with sea view and a king size bed, which corresponded with the internett presentation. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel in a lovely location with our balcony looking onto the sea. Breakfast was good with lots of different options and my wife who is gluten free was very happy. Would have liked to have eaten dinner in the hotel but no choice on the daily menu? Staff very warm and helpful.
