We stayed at the Spazzio diRoma Hotel for just five nights, but it was an unforgettable experience. After a long journey, we arrived feeling exhausted, and the reception staff was incredibly attentive and kind, especially to my 70-year-old mother. I am Brazilian but live in the United States, and I love traveling around Brazil. For any Americans looking to explore Brazil, I highly recommend visiting Caldas Novas—a charming city known for its natural thermal waters. Spazzio diRoma is part of a chain of hotels and resorts that grants you access to a magnificent water park. The hotel’s pools are open 24 hours, which is a great perk! The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the best the city has to offer. A big thank you to all the staff at the hotel—our stay may have only been five days, but we will definitely return and recommend this place to others.

I booked the 2night/3days in hopes of using the water park. When we arrive, we are told on thursdays (day 2) the water park is closed and we should have been notified when booking or shortly after booking and asked if we wanted to alter the dates to visit the water park. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. Therefore, I am extremely upset that we could not enjoy the perfect weather in the water park. Instead we had to endure the large group of kids at the on-site pool (more like knee deep water). For those of you wanting to visit this site, BE AWARE that water park is CLOSED on Thursdays.

Localização excelente e próximo ao Acqua Park e vários comércios. Região muito bonita. Está hospedagem e privada, qualquer necessidade do quarto é necessário uma burocracia de contato através do app, pois a recepção se recusa em te atender. Tudo e resolvido pelo app e executado pelo hotel, essa relação poderia ser simplificada. Quanto ao hotel, os elevadores tem algoritmo muito ruim, quem se hospeda nos primeiros andares chega a ficar mais de 20 minutos esperando um elevador em horário de pico. Descidir por umas três vezes descer 4 a 5 andares de escada até chegar ao sub solo. Alimentação do hotel e boa, mas o preço e extremamente caro, lembrando sempre que está no hotel. Refeição e mais caro até que no parque. Sendo que tem comércio em frente com valores 3 vezes mais baratos. Acho que se tivesse preços mais baixosnos alimentos e principalmente bebidas, fidelizaria os hóspedes e reduziria a exposição desses a vendedores diversos de cotas e planos que estão na porta do hotel e dos comércios ao lado, ganhando na quantidade de produtos vendidos e fidelização. A equipe do hotel e extremamente educada e receptivos. A infraestrutura do apartamento, e ótima e superior a proposta.
