Room as clean and tidy. I asked the staff one day to clean up the room and they didn't do it. Out of the three nights I stayed, they didn't clean once. It's the type of hotel that cleans on demand, but they didn't when I asked them for it. Their breakfast is basic but gets you through the morning. Due to its convenience, I would stay there again, no doubt.

Amazing stay at this hotel and definitely recommend this place to stay in Vienna. Rooms were perfect size for couple with enough space for huge luggage’s, it’s clean and modern. Also have breakfast included and food had great selection. It’s super close to the main subway to reach the main tourist spots like St Stephen’s Cathedral.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. They refrigerated things for us and they also had an apple tv that we were able to watch Netflix on! They also cleaned the room really nicely.
