Fantastic location and great friendly staff. AC room and could get an iron when needed, lovely clean room with very good quality towels. For the price you wont find better! Staff we came across were great and very helpful. Bathroom was slightly tired but nothing wrong with it and clean. Would stay again :)

We stayed here 5 days/4 nights while we were in Lisbon. All the staff are really nice, Melena from front desk was really friendly, bubbly and nice as well as the staff at breakfast. The views of our bedroom was beautiful, and all amenities were great. Highly recommend staying here!

The rooms are clean and the air conditioner works great. However, some issues to note. Yes there is an elevator big enough to fit 2 luggage and maybe squeeze one person, but you still have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to this elevator. The rooms are also not necessarily as described. I paid extra for an upgraded room because it is advertised to be a little bigger, have a bidet, and a queen bed. We got to the hotel and it looked just like the basic room they offer. Staff told me their property doesn’t have queen beds and the listing is wrong. They also mentioned only “some” rooms have a bidet. Their comment on the room size was that only some rooms are bigger. Since I booked the room on a third party I went through them to try to get some kind of partial refund since I paid extra for the bigger bed that doesn’t exist. The hotel apparently has to approve such a thing. They said no so no money back for me. Basically paid for a fake upgrade and there was nothing I could do about it. Stay away from this place.

Great hotel in a very central location. For the price the room was great and I felt very safe there on my own. There was always someone on reception I’d I needed them and they let me into my room early which I was very happy with. Easy to get to the metro in about 3 mins.

Perfect location and very clean.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We were delighted with the beautiful view from our balcony, which added a special touch to our overall experience. The only downside was the absence of a "Do Not Disturb" sign, which unfortunately led to my partner being woken up by room service while he was unwell. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location to Metro, bus and train and old part of city. Lots of eateries and shopping. Loved all the outdoor cafes. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Elevator starts on 2nd floor so a few stairs coming up. Staff will help. Would return.

Great, very helpful staff at the reception. Excellent location - easy for Uber pick up - parking lot an opposite the entrance, easy for trams, metro and plenty of dining options. Very clean, nice breakfast, relatively quiet (mind you are in the middle of the city). There are a few flights of stairs before you get to the lift, so not very suitable for people with reduced mobility. But great experience overall and definitely would stay again.

Great location, off the tourist track, yet minutes from all one wants to see in old Lisboa. Can't beat the location. Our room was "city view" - looked onto derelect buildings, but that's what made it quiet. Anyway, the views were right around the corner - sights of old Lisboa, monuments, churches, walk or cable cars, cafes, restaurants - loved walking everywhere. Put your cell phone down and just walk!

A Short Break in Lisbon

A very friendly and helpful staff, basic hotel but well situated for the centre of Lisbon and easy to get around. Metro station Rossio close by and journey to airport by metro was 35 minutes. The hotel reception was reached by a flight of stairs and a further flight of stairs to the access lift for rooms above. Breakfast was continental at 8 euros each and plentiful. A bagage room is available to leave suitcases on departure days.

Great budget location for town and all the sights.

Excellent service - we have stayed here before but the warm welcome was definitely appreciated. Lovely room, outstanding view of the castle hill. Room well presented. Only issue was the shower dial which sticks out of the wall by 10cm at just below face height which my friend fell onto after slipping in the shower which gave her a nasty black eye. It was partly her fault for being clumsy but also probably not the best design especially in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again but just take more care in the shower!
