Room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location

8/10 Very good

We stayed at the comfort room for 3 people. The third bed was a convertible sofa and that was not good at all. Sleeping like on a wood. The room was clean, twin bed was comfy. We asked help to call the taxi at the reception. They called but they did not tell us that this is a special transfer. A normal taxi came to take us, the price was more than double of the usual price. As a last, location of the hotel was perfect!

Well worth considering.

I would stay again as it is modern and clean and new and location is very convenient. However the room safe was installed too high .

We stayed at 12th City Hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleanliness was excellent, and the daily housekeeping service was genuinely impressive. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever we needed any support. The pool was also exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Darling Bistro, located downstairs at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and both the food and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Everything we tried was delicious, and the service was always warm and welcoming. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. It is incredibly convenient for exploring Rhodes, with everything you need within easy reach. In our opinion, it is probably one of the best and strategic places to stay in Rhodes. Overall, I would highly recommend 12th City Hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes. You can choose this hotel with your eyes closed. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent apart from the uncontrollable bathroom radiator. Dried the towels fast, but Net Zero not in sight. Everything else was great and Marios at Reception was extremely helpful.

I was informed by the hotel what our room numbers we had been given and where the card for the room was to be left , on arrival there was another client in room 204 who we disturbed at around 1 am who informed us that he had been given room 204 because his room was not ready when checked in we then went to the room that he should have had and found the door pass . I was never informed of the change. Poor service
