There was bad low rating on booking app i used but wow this hotel is super . Area is wery fun to xplore and walk around My fsvurite tving whit the room was the shower. So many times i ended up whit cold showers as the hotels claim its bruken but in reslity to safe electrisity. This was a wery good , hot water shower. A lot of amazing food oportunities around the area , . When i just xpected nothing on a transporthub area i got first class xperience. Next time il book for longer

Very good valuebfor the money with A/C and hot water. The A/C unit was not working very well in our room. When I reported it, then offered me another room, but I declined because it was not hot outside and not worth the effort for only one night.

Building looks nice as you enter,lots of forms to sign before you get your pass card.room clean but massive feature wall with shelving from floor to ceiling waste of space.beds very comfortable..TV not working two reception couldn't fix problem. WIFI EXCELLENT..kitchen has a kettle that is it not even a fridge. Good air-conditioning .the shower room is terrible for mould around floor space and walls,shower is good..would not return

Love the stay at Twin Hearts Residences

It is spacious room and 2 double beds for a single traveller. Internet was fast, AC was great, The bathroom and toilet is seperate which I like, they allowed me to go for an early check in but have top pay P500+ (@12PM) The commute was not too bas as a staff called a tricycle for me,

It was good actually not until im asking for two blanket and they not give because they said its have charges (560php) imagine we stayed there for 12days without changing our bedsheet and pillowcase. Hopefully, next time we can change our bedsheet, pillowcase and blanket without extra payment. Thanksss
