The best place to stay in Bologna!! Beautiful, elegant and historical property in the center of everything. The kindest, warmest, most helpful and professional staff!! We always felt like their favorite guests, but I think that’s just their amazing hospitality. Incredibly delicious breakfast with lots of variety. We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful wherever we had questions or needed something. Arranging transportation to and from the train station was also taken care of as well as dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant.
