The staff were very welcoming! The room was big and beds clean. Bathroom could do with a little improvement (toilet limescale, grout discolouration) but was clean. Bedrooms had everything from hairdryer to coffee machine to iron and board. The main lifts were an issue as one was out of service and the lift would bypass the floors and we were left waiting a while with no clear directions to alternative lift/stairs
