We absolutely loved this gem of a hotel in Old Town Prague. It is family owned and run and is just oozing with character. The delicious breakfast offers a huge variety. Coffee is available all the time in the lobby. There is a nice sitting area outside and inside available for guests. There is even complimentary delicious liqueur in your room ! The air conditioning and wifi work great. We plan to stay there again when we return to Prague.

10/10 Exceptional

This was beautiful hotel. Everything about it was terrific. In fact, the hotel itself was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff on reception and in the bar were kind and helpful. The room was lovely, and the hotel also had 2 communal areas that could be used to relax and drink the generous (and free) communal tea, coffee or wine. We really loved the bar that was attached to the hotel, which hosted the breakfast. The bar held really interesting drinks which the staff, and I think manager, were keen to talk about. It wasn't as full as I'd expect, but perhaps that was a reflection of the summer, with guests heading out. But we loved it!

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town within walking distance to all major attractions. It’s a charming historic hotel with an extremely nice and helpful staff. Even though we arrived a few hours before the check-in time, our room was ready for us. The room was air-conditioned. We booked most of our local excursions at the hotel. The breakfast was very good too

Ideally located in a quiet street but only minutes away from the main state. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Free breakfast too!

10/10 Exceptional

The people were exceptionally helpful, for everything from hotel-related inquiries, to restaurant suggestions, to tourism-related matters. We did not ask them to turn the AC on in our room, and so it did get a bit warm at night, but a sign indicated that if we had asked, they could have helped us, and so I do not consider that a problem. I would happily return to this hotel any time I wanted to stay in Prague.
