A great hotel adjacent to the arena and a short walk to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Good size room with kitchen. Comfortable king size bed and on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday happy hour between 6.30 and 7.30pm, Complementary wine, beer, cheese,pate,olives. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was available to us a little early and the staff member checking us in was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally placed for the town and all attractions and within the dock. Room was very comfortable and big, shame we could only stay one night, we will return!

Room was noisy. Poor gluten free options at breakfast. Parking is confusing. You have to park on double yellows run in and check in before you can gain access to the carpark. This should perhaps be explained prior to arrival. Staff were polite and friendly. Rooms spacious, clean and well equipped. Very well positioned. Overall, good stay and will definitely be back but a few tweaks could be made
