Our experience was amazing!!! The hotel was central located, walking distance to main attractions and city center. The staff on the hotel were spectacular very accommodating, super helpful with our early breakfast because our tour started early morning so they packed for us to go. I really recommend this hotel to anybody want to have the best time in Hanoi.

Excellent location. This hotel is in the best part of the old quarter. So near the lake and great restaurants yet not on a super busy thoroughfare. The room was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the rooftop bar was very nice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Arranging a car to and from the airport was simple. The staff was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

We can see good hotel management at work The property is wonderfully decorated. Little details everywhere.
