Nice room! Double sinks came in handy. Loved the step down sitting room . Plenty of parking. Areas from garage to inside, could have been cleaner. Microwave for guests would have been nice. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

6/10 Good

Room was very dirty and smelled like Asian takeout. Contacted the front desk and they refused to exchange rooms but sent housekeeping to spray deordorizer. Also had to wait after check in time for room to be available. Pool area was very nice.

8/10 Very good

Overall it’s a clean, safe, nice hotel so I’d recommend it but it should be as it’s not cheap. BUT they slack on the little things I felt like such as: The in room coffee kinda sucked and there wasn’t anywhere to get a cup within the hotel and the casino area coffee shop didn’t open until 7am so when you wake up at 6am that wasn’t ideal. There no microwave that I could find in my suite The pool closed at 9pm and doesn’t open until 9am not a huge deal but no early morning swim or later hanging by the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Cost was reasonable. The unstated $100 hold was not uncommon but not always a welcome surprise at the check in desk.
