The only positive was the location: it is near the shuttle bus and not too far from the center. However, the stay itself was very disappointing and far below what we expected from a 4-star property. The room was advertised with a double bed, but we received two unstable single beds pushed together. The mattresses separated easily, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Bedding was inadequate: single blankets, no proper blanket covers, and unpleasant smells. Towels and sheets required extra payment, which was not clearly disclosed when booking. Wi-Fi also required an extra charge. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower, broken sink and bidet fixtures, and almost no toiletries except one small hand soap. We reported the problems to reception and were told they would be fixed, but nothing meaningful was resolved during our stay. Overall, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and service were unacceptable.

This is not a 4 star resort (or even close).we checked in to the resort ok charged €60 for towels bedding and cleaning went to our room within minutes decided we had been mislead regarding the quality of the hotel and went back to receiption to inform them we wouldn’t be staying. Received or €60 euros back and book a lovely resort 4 star Chervo golf hotel resort for around the same price.(completely different hotel was worlds a part) will be contacting Expedia about our experience

If you enjoy the typical camping lifestyle, you might really like this place. However, for us, there were quite a few things that made our stay disappointing. Wi-Fi costs €15 per day, which we found extremely expensive. You also have to bring your own bed linen and towels or pay extra to rent them. The swimming pool area could use some maintenance. Some of the parasols were broken and torn, and the pool closes as early as 7:00 PM, which is quite disappointing, especially during the summer. We stayed in a bungalow with one bedroom, which we found far too small for four people. The bunk bed in particular felt more like a prison bed than a proper bed, and unfortunately, our daughter even fell out of it while sleeping. Overall, if you love the camping experience and don’t mind the additional costs and basic facilities, you may enjoy it. However, for a family of four, we found the accommodation too small and the overall experience not worth the price. Mij nie bellen! Joe joee 🙋‍♀️

We showed up and no sheets were on our bed and we had no towels. They said that this isn't a hotel but it's a village! I guess that means you get nothing and pay extra for everything. They charge for linen, towels and even wifi. Plus a very high cleaning fee (even though we literally stayed there for less then 12 hours). I felt scammed staying here and will take this up with hotels.com to be more clear with places like this. For the price I ended up paying (an extra nearly 100 euros) I could've stayed somewhere nicer for less $$$. Very disappointed

Old and moldy rooms.

Very poor and old standard, mold in rooms, not cleaned or vacuumed. Receptionists rude and disrespectful. The hotel added hidden costs for linen and towels, not shown here at hotels.com. Price way too much for what you get, this is more like a 1-star hotel.

Good

The village is good to spend time with family especially with kids. The kids pool has a water slide which our son enjoyed so much. One has to buy towels and bed linen. The room is not cleaned , you have to do it yourself. We enjoyed evening on the terrace. No air conditioner in the main bedroom. Furniture it outdated. Shower is with curtain and a little bit small.

Charge for linens was not communicated. Pedestrian Access was limited. The on-site store was not impressive. The pool closed from 5pm and opened at 10am, and we only stayed on night, with an earliest check-in time of 5pm and latest checkout of 10am, we could not use the pools at all.

Worst accommodation I ever experienced! Dirty, spiders everywhere, very uncomfortable bed, the door of the shower fell on my kid and I could go on like this with a very long list. Ærgeligt der er blevet lavet så meget om. Mobilhome var ikke rent da vi kom. Ikke ok. Poolbarens sortiment er blevet meget ringe. Is butikken med lækker is på pladsen er lukket og morgenbrødet skal man hente senest kl 8.15. Ellers er der udsolgt. Super øv. Nu har vi besøgt pladsen 5 gange de sidste 10 år.

Tvårums stuga med AC. Det fanns d mesta i köket. Micro och 2 kokplattor. Sängarna var hårda. Poolområdet va slitet. Tvång på badmössa. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ungdomarna som aktiverade barn och vuxna på området var väldigt goa. Dom skapade en fin stämning. Trygg och säker plats. Stranden som fanns i anslutningen till camping var OK! Möjlighet till olika träningsformen som tennis, gym och fotboll fanns. Kan rekommendera boendet om man vill ha ett mer budgetvänligt och enkelt hotell.

Wir haben nur einen Zwischenstopp mit einer Übernachtung da gemacht. Das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht, die Toiletten waren gar nicht geputzt, man konnte noch deutliche Spuren der Vorgänger sehen. Das Personal war unfreundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption, im Laden, als auch im Restaurant. Alle schienen sehr unmotiviert und schlecht gelaunt. Im Pool herrscht Badekappenpflicht, eine Regel, die ich seit den 90ern nirgendwo mehr gesehen hatte. Meiner Meinung nach, bei einer guten Filteranlage absolut unnötig. Der Zugang zum See geht über eine Metalltreppe, für kleine Kinder ungeeignet

Leider ist immer die Poolpumpe lärmig gelaufen Tag und Nacht, (Es gibt Schallschutzoptimierungen) Der Kochherd funktionierte nur teilweise und die Pfannen und Kochutensilien waren sehr dürftig. Die Kanalisation hat gestunken. Der Ort ist schön aber man merkt, dass das Saisonende naht. Im Restaurant geht leider auch nicht mehr viel, Das Personal sehr zurückhaltend, Im Laden fast kein frisches Brot (Nur Zeitweise).

Sehr dreckig und alles voll mit Schülern von studienfahrten bzw abschlussfahrten. Alles voller Haare und dreck in den Zimmern. War billig aber da würde ich lieber etwas mehr zahlen und hab dafür eine saubere Unterkunft.
