10/10 Exceptional

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff people at the hotel and bistro were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the rainfall shower had the perfect water pressure. The only disappointment was breakfast. The coffee was so weak we wondered if they'd given us tea, instead, and the food was just mediocre. Other than that, we had no complaints.

I thought the Talbot was an excellent hotel overall - My room was newly refurbished and was very spacious- the bathroom was spotless and there was tons of tea & coffee! The leisure facilities too were of a very high standard. I would say that the bedroom corridors & carpets were showing a bit of wear & tear however .

Another visit to the Talbot Hotel Cork. Aoife greeted me at reception with a smile and a warm welcome. I was given a suitable room, as requested. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The food served in the restaurant was tasty, hot and served in good time. Keira took my order and was very friendly and professional. The restaurant manager, Leonard, was very professional and courteous. Overall, the team provided excellent professional customer service.
