Close to the parks, Publix & restaurants. It is a very big property so don’t bring your luggage when checking in, I was over a quarter mile out & had to repack my luggage in the car. They were very responsive to small issues. We do plan to go back next time in Disney.

Excellent location. The suites are very spacious and clean. They have everything you need to comfortably enjoy your stay. If you're someone who likes to cook on vacation, which isn't my case, keep in mind that some suites only have a small two-burner stove on the counter. Also, please note that during check-in you'll be offered a timeshare orientation. They also have a shuttle service to the parks and for shopping in the area, which is very convenient.

We did a weekend get away with our two kids ages 17 and 12. Stayed in a 2 bedroom with firework view. It was nice, has dishes and plenty of room for everyone. We could see the fireworks from Disney and Epcot. The only negative thing about this resort is the pool is very hot for summer temperatures, it wasn’t really refreshing after being at a park all day.

Amazing!!! The "room" was way beyond any expectations. Full kitchen with everything needed to live there. Jacuzzi tub for two. A wonderful view. Quiet, huge bedroom. Two TV sets. Large living room and dining room, washer dryer. Can't say enough... All for less than a hundred dollars a night. Shocking, and wonderful.

The rooms are clean, the items you need in the room are seemingly all there. Patio table and chairs are old and broken, very unstable. The check-in process is smooth until you need to go to another desk to get a parking pass. I don’t wanna be sold on a timeshare, so I’d rather just get my parking pass with my keys and be done with it. The pools are very clean, but there is no one policing rambunctious behavior, so they go unchecked and essentially force people away from the pools. We have stayed here a number of times, but this was the worst case of groups totally taking over pool areas and doing whatever they want to do.

Overall, we had a good stay at this resort. The room was very clean, the price was great, and the location was excellent and convenient for everything we needed. The staff at check-in was fine, and overall the property has a lot of potential for families. However, the main reason I am giving 3 stars is because of our experience at the pool and the lack of supervision and control around the property. There were many children and families at the pool, yet no staff member seemed to be monitoring the environment. A couple appeared to be intoxicated, acting loudly and inappropriately in front of children, making many families visibly uncomfortable. At one point, the woman was walking around the pool area carrying a bottle of tequila, while the man was interacting and playing with children he did not know, which understandably made several parents uncomfortable and caused many families to leave the pool area with their kids. Unfortunately, no staff member stepped in or seemed present to supervise the situation. Another major concern was the strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. Although smoking policies appear to exist, there seemed to be little enforcement. Hallways, outdoor areas, and common spaces frequently smelled strongly of marijuana. For a resort with many families and children, this created an uncomfortable environment. This resort has great pricing, clean rooms, and a good location, but better supervision, stronger enforcement of property rules.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom fireworks view. It was excellent. Plenty of space, nice big bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. The fireworks were in the distance but we're still great watching from the living room or balconies. Our rooms were clean and updated.
