We stayed here for a weekend break to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary having had our wedding party there. It was lovely to see that the hotel was back up and running! It was a shame that the spa wasn’t back but the hotel is still getting back together. Staff were helpful and we stayed in the king suite, the hotel tub wasn’t as big as I had hoped but otherwise the room was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the fire was so homely, would highly recommend.

The hotel is in the completion stage of construction, everything is new. The spa was available to use at no cost thus making this a wonderful place for a two night rejuvenation stay. We did not use the restaurant however the breakfast was well done.

10/10 Exceptional

Our family travelled around Ireland and London for 2 weeks and stayed at 9 different hotels and this was the best hotel we stayed at even though it was the least expensive. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and it was within walking distance of the Bunratty castle and other restaurants. The most pleasant surprise though was the spa with a beautiful pool and saunas along with a great workout facility. If you are planning to stay anywhere near this hotel I would highly recommend it.

Upon arrival, the hotel grounds are well-presented & maintained, with a welcoming entrance. The decor is stylish, and the building feels contemporary & clean. Our room was very spacious, with a really comfortable bed, all amenities required and a modern bathroom. A genuine highlight for me was the lit mirror that also has Bluetooth - meaning music while we showered and got dressed! Breakfast is a generous spread of high-quality hot options - thick cut bacon, homemade hashbrowns, eggs to order - to cold choices of smoked salmon, meats, fruits, yoghurt, cereal, scones & more! I also noted a really great gluten-free range. The coffee is delicious and the fresh juices were lovely too. Possibly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have enjoyed. The staff were also very attentive, clearing plates, replenishing stock & helping out clientele. As an avid gym goer, the fitness suite was an important fixture, and it was perfect to get a good workout in. There is a mix of cardio equipment, a range of dumbells up to 30kg, benches, a few weighted machines, cables including lateral pull down, & a smith machine. Easily got a good workout in. The pool is relaxing, the sauna, steam and hot tub are great too. Very chilled vibe. One downfall for me was that upon booking, I wasn't made aware that spa treatments weren't available - and I was planning on booking some in.

I had booked the hotel for the previous night as I was arriving early in the morning. I have had problems with this in the past; they were ready for me and check in was seamless. The location is excellent with multiple places to dine a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, great parking area, superb location. Lots of fast charging places for electric cars. Pool area lovely with sauna and steam room. Pool towels were tiny though and music didn't match the spa wibe. Room was very comfy and we had gorgeous view to the castle. Rooms very spacious and clean. There was a note ice machine on 3rd floor for your convenience, we did manage to find it but there was no instructions. There was a water filter which was nice to get a refill. Staff seemed quite new and some (at reception) not very helpfull. I asked to pay for our breakfast for that morning at check out and after some awkward questions told to wait. While i was waiting to pay mine, I watched some other guests being told their breakfast was covered/ fine them asking to pay theirs. Over all a lovely hotel anyway, would recommend.
