This is a beautiful hotel very centrally located for port and town , very clean, great amenities , very pleasant and helpful staff, special recognition to Lewis at reception. No parking at this hotel but parking is just over the road at a reasonable cost. Would def book this hotel again on our next cruise stop over.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable bed. Appreciated clearly marked large size toiletries making it easy to distinguish one from the other when in the shower. Bar and restaurant very comfortable seating and good choices of fairly priced food. The burger was of the highest quality with the crispiest lettuce I have ever had in a burger bun. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff too. If visiting Southampton again, prior to further cruises will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel ideally situated for anyone attending events at St Mary's stadium which is a short walk away. Around 15 mins walk from Southampton Central train station and Southampton High Street/West Quay. Breakfast was good and plentiful only negative I would say is that there isn't a lot of room to walk by people when getting breakfast items as space is tight. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would recommend. For anyone driving the car park opposite for Solent University is great value if parking on the weekend.
