The hotel needs to put clear instructions in front of building to direct travelers to the guest check-in lobby which is located on the 3rd floor. It was confusing until we had to ask a stranger. The room was clean but too small. The bed needs extra pillows for more comfort. The AC unit was confusing to use as well. Location was good for dining in the area with a convenience store inside the building.

The room was ideal for our member. We needed two separate rooms and it suited our purposes. The room was in the prime spot overlooking the sea and the famous Incheon bridge. Robo self service check in 24 hours. I booked one more day prior to arrival so I was able to check in 7am arrival into my room. I had family suite. Which includes 2 bed rooms with queen size bed. A laundry machine and a kitchen with full size fridge. Everything was great include view near bus and subway. The only issue is old furnitures that broke and the staff did come and fix/replaced promptly. The included towels are tiny. And very few utensils in the kitchen. You would need to ask for fresh towels, soap bar and water daily at the 3rd floor lobby. The 1st floor has shops, convenient stores, small market, self serve coffee and noodle shops. Breakfast shops don’t typically open till 10 am. There are some restaurant also on 1st floor. There is under ground parking onsite. I would recommend this place for its room and location.

Such a nice place for such a good price. There was a laundry machine, huge fridge, microwave, silverware and dishes along with a really nice balcony area overlooking the city for very cheap. There’s a big shopping complex right below the hotel as well in case you need anything. Great place
