Hotel experience was overall wonderful! Eclectic decor and room design. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool/rooftop area is lovely and well maintained but note the pool is very small and comfortably holds about 5-10 adults.

I had an amazing experience. I didn’t utilize the amenities as much as I thought I would. But overall it was a great experience. I’m here on a holiday weekend and I know that the staff was SLAMMED, but they were mostly friendly and always helpful. We had an amazing bellhop upon arrival, the front desk was always friendly.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel with great beds and pillows, and helpful staff. Two notes to future visitors: The pool is tiny and often full. More important, the location is a but far from Canal Street, the French Quarter, Harrah's, etc. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking if those are your primary interests.

4/10 Fair

I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for over a decade, and this was the first time I encountered any significant issues. The pool water was exceptionally dirty and cloudy, making it difficult to swim. Additionally, the lobby coffee shop consistently ran out of essential supplies like lids, sleeves, and creamers. However, the highlight of my stay was the friendly and familiar valet staff, who provided exceptional service.
