Front desk staff was polite and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable and the shower was wonderful! Next time we’re in the Dells, we’ll definitely consider staying here again. 😃

We liked the location as it wasn't downtown WI Dells yet in short driving range of all that we wanted to do and see. We loved our suite room with the couch and other tv. That way one could lay down and take a nap and not be bothered by the other watching tv or reading. We are very pleased !!

8/10 Very good

Good choice in the Dells. Was very clean. Hot tub and pool area very nice. Breakfast was good enough. Pillows were terrible. - hard and lumpy. Stayed three nights and needed towels and garbage emptied and they will not have housekeeping stop by and do that. Have to do it yourself. But reasonably priced so would stay again.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated that it was pet-friendly. Unfortunately, the hot tub was only lukewarm, which was disappointing after a long day of hiking. I also wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, and the coffee tended to be empty. Overall, the property was nice, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

We chose this hotel because it allows pets for a lower fee than other hotels in the area. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was great.

Good breakfast, convenient location

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is fairly new (within three years), so everything is in great shape. We also saw staff constantly cleaning. The outdoor fire pit was a nice place to relax after a day of volleyball tournaments. The breakfast was pretty standard. The only complaint we had was the smell on the second floor. Pretty sure it was from something a guest did, so not much the hotel could do about it. Overall, great stay. Would definitely recommend.

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean, comfortable beds, new hotel even smelled new. Nice hot tub, okay breakfast - basic if gluten free not many options but if that’s not an issue it’s perfectly good breakfast. We stayed 3 nights. We would stay here again. Great hot shower and spacious - two can shower together.
