Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very nice and had everything we needed and we utilized the beautiful spa every day we were there. The location is so convenient, right next to the train station. The breakfast was wonderful and above all the service was above and beyond. One reception staff member even came to the train station with something I had left behind to meet me so I wouldn’t be late. I would highly recommend staying here!

This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks.
