We stayed 3 nights in Ghent and really enjoyed the city and the stay at the hotel. I don't know if it was the level of room we booked or if the level of service was the same for all but if you skipped having your room serviced they would leave coupons for free beer or wine in the hotel bar. Thought that was a great idea. We also were not expecting the turndown service but each night when we got back to the room, slippers were laid out, bed was turned down, there was a bottle of water and a glass on each night stand and chocolates on the bed. The hotel is really nice as was all the staff and the location is perfect. Our expectations were exceeded and this is most definitely the hotel I will book next time we get to Ghent.

This hotel was lovely. The communal areas are very pleasant to sit in, clean and spacious. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was great too! Being British, we would have liked a few tea bags, but this is hardly a big deal. If you opt out of having your room cleaned one day, you get a free drink at the bar for being eco friendly I guess, which is a nice touch. Overall we had a fab time here!

Hotel is right in the centre of Ghent so a perfect location for seeing the sights. Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and had everything I needed for a couple of nights stay. Nice shampoo and conditioner along with a ‘proper’ hairdryer. There was an iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle and a small minibar fridge. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower. I didn’t use the restaurant, bar or gym while I was there but the bar did look nice. A really nice hotel in a great location.
