We stayed here for a week and I was honestly so impressed and surprised about this hotel. It was in great location, quiet, good beds, good service, clean and new stock with water bottles and tea etc everyday. The only thing I would wish was that the breakfast would be a bit more western, but what can you expect when you go to China. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again and recommend it!

Laundry was busy but it was very useful to have one. We had a slightly issue with breakfast on one of the days but it was nice to have complimentary breakfast

The hotel is located in almost the center of the city, convenient to get around with subways or Didi. The hotel is also in an old Beijing hutong, where you can witness local life’s. The kitchen provides great variety of food for breakfast, the staff is greatly helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was impressively spacious and kept spotlessly clean, which made for a comfortable experience. While the bathroom was a bit more compact than I expected, it was manageable. A huge plus was the free laundry service—it’s a rare find and incredibly helpful for longer trips. Above all, the staff were wonderful, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful

The area is quiet in Lishi Hutong, about 12 minutes walk from the subway. There's parking available at the property. Property is clean and well maintained rooms even though rooms are small, but updated. The hallway carpet has stains. We used the free laundry machines available which can be activated by WeChat/Allipay without any money. Front staff is always very courteous and helpful. Breakfast has good variety of both local and Continental food. Highly recommend.

Very beautiful Hotel with great amenities

4/10 Fair

The hotel did an unauthorized charge a week before the arrival. Moreover, it was supposed to be "reserve now pay later". It took us much time and effort to stop the charge with the credit card company. The front desk staff, especially the one who did the check-in, was unprofessional and unfriendly. Many things didn't seem right about this hotel...too many...and it's supposed to be under IHG. The only thing that we were happy about was the breakfast. The room side and facilities were a disaster. The hotel photos were too polished. The actual room and facilities were more rundown and small. We would not recommend this hotel at all, especially at this price.

They immediately changed the room when we noticed smell in the room. Breakfast is very good with western & Chinese variety. They offered box to take food for leaving early before the restaurant opened for breakfast. Located in historic alley, enjoyed walking to subway station.
