We had a great one night stay at Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central. Our room was spacious and located on the 4th floor. The staff was helpful in making arrangements before our arrival to ensure a great stay. A good location between planes, trains, buses or just a for a walk or morning jog to almost anywhere in central Stockholm.

This hotel is BEST CHOICE! It is in the city center. Only 1-minute by foot to the Stockholm Bus Terminal Station. 2-minutes from Arlanda express train to the airport. Blue Bus Number 1 stops in front of the hotel. You can visit a lot of places by foot using this clean, fresh smelling, and comfortable hotel. The beddings, towels & pillows are clean white. It is a self-service check-in. The receptionist in the bar at the lobby assist in the luggage room if you want to leave your bags before check-in time. There are several food stores/resto around the area just check your Google Map. The 7/11 & Burger king is 5minutes walk.

Rooms are small and needs a spruce up! The shelves were very dusty, as was under the bed! Stayed there for 8 nights and towels were changed once and no clean bedding! This hotel is very near central station, shops and waterfront!

Great location. It was close to train snd main bus stop. We took train from airport. We didn’t have enough time but bus stop to take you to ferry for a ferry boat cruise and bus to cruise terminal was right there.

We had a room 114, there was no safe to secure our belongings and there was mold in the shower. A shower mat would've been great to not put water everywhere in the bathroom. Bed were quite confortable, but mine was creaking! Lobby, staff and lounging spaces were great though. Okay experience

Room was adequate, no window but we knew that. Room tired and in need of updating but clean and had everything we needed , central location close to everything, worth the money
Verified review

6/10 Good

Location is excellent, staff is helpful, and place is clean. However this is a very basic hotel: they don’t clean your room until the fourth day (so basically never), there are zero amenities - no kettle, nowhere for you to put your suitcase and bags, there are only three hooks for you to hang your towel and clothes for two people in a twin room, all your stuff goes on the floor. The bathroom is completely basic. The floors are also a maze - they don’t have signs for many rooms so you might be stuck in a maze looking for your room. If you’re okay with the spartan living then the location is really good, and there are options to buy breakfast downstairs, like overnight oats and sandwiches reasonably priced.

4/10 Fair

We would not come back, unless the price was halved. 3 people stayed here for 3 nights in 3 rooms. The hotel would have been as expected IF we had paid half the price. Essentially we paid double price for a standard "Express/SmartHotel" experience. One of my colleagues got a room without a window and she said the room was terrible. We did not even know it was legal to have rooms without windows. It should not be legal. Breakfast are not good; it was "Okay minus", but why did we stay here and not across the street on Scandic for the same price, better rooms and good breakfast. I bought breakfast at a cafe and payed 1/4th of the price for breakfast and it was much better. Very central location, literally on top of the train station. The cleaning was good, nothing to complain on. The room I got was extremely small, but the bed was very practical with power for charging phones and computers and many practical placed to put your items if you need it in bed. (The only place where one could be unless you are in the shower or on the toilet). Very positive that they had a bench next to the bed to elevate my bag/clothers off the floor while I stayed there.

The place is 1 minute walk to the train station and busses. A great location for travelers due to conviniency. My husband and I, arrived very early but they let us put our luggage in their storage area so we can walk around untill we check-in. Very nice staff.
