This was my second stay here. You can’t beat the convenience but the room I had was disappointing. The last time I had a room that had a small desk and sitting area and was nicely appointed, not fancy but nice and functional. This time the room had two beds that nearly filled the room with little space to walk around them or place to put luggage. But the lobby is great, there are good options and it’s connected by an indoor path to the airport so it really is the flex for early flights.

Despite being approved for early check in, room was not ready until 4pm.. and the reception still tried to charge me for early check in even tho it was technically an hour late! room had a broken shelf in it and the AC did not work even on highest speed. There was a coffee station but no creamer/milk or anything in the room to stir a coffee with. Also in the shower they have one product for your entire body, hair and face seems a bit cheap for the price. Room was big and had a good view.

I booked the room and paid additional fees for a Baby Cot and a kettle for heating water. The baby cot was delivered and fairly priced. The kettle was 150 dkk and despite telling the front desk it wasn’t delivered and asking for a refund, nothing was done. The TV in the room also didn’t work. Bare bone room experience and lack of service. On the good side they have playrooms for kids, and that was great. Also the direct access to the airport is worth it.

I had booked this hotel well in advance and chose it specifically because I was expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived very late at night with my two children and a lot of heavy luggage. The reception area was completely overwhelmed, apparently because a flight had been cancelled and many passengers were being accommodated at the hotel. I understand that the staff were dealing with an unusually busy situation, but despite waiting and trying to get someone’s attention, I was completely overlooked. I eventually managed to make my way through the long queues, and when I was finally helped, the staff member seemed visibly annoyed and treated me as though I was bothering them. To make matters worse, I was given a room with eight beds. I had specifically chosen and booked this hotel because I was expecting a comfortable stay, especially after travelling late at night with two children. Instead, the room completely ruined the experience for me. I was very upset and disappointed, particularly because I had planned and paid for this stay in advance with the expectation of being comfortable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
