Great location in New York City. Be prepared for long lines or check-in. Hotel offered to hold our luggage while we explored the city which was very nice. Room was basic with a very small very small bathroom. We pay for a superior King room and the bathroom was tiny. Can’t beat the location. It was clean a bit expensive.

The Row was terrific. Great location, room was great, terrific view, staff was pleasant and helpful and the coffee shop near the lobby was nice. My only complaint was that the didn’t offer coffee in the room, but it was fast and easy to go down stairs in the AM to get coffee. I’d stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Row NYC. The newly renovated hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding and so helpful even when we had trouble with our reservation (which was Hotels.com's fault and not Row NYC). Breakfast was quick and tasty and the bar served excellent drinks. Had the FIFA matches playing on the big screen which was a big hit. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff assisting at check-in were very kind and helpful. They made sure I had a decent view from the room. There was nice assistance with the elevators that were more complicated to operate than other hotels. Rooms are small, but I believe not uncommon in NYC. Room was okay, the bathroom seemed to be due for a refresh. Overall, for the nightly rate and location to the theaters, I would recommend Row NYC.

We were in an upgraded room which had a corner view and was fairly spacious, but it seems like rooms are small overall (as you would expect). They do a great job with cafe style breakfast. Elevators are an issue with long waits and two freight elevators that can be scary.
