It is conveniente for solo traveller. Keep in mind it is an adult hotel and there might be some sounds from others guests’s rooms. There is no elevator inside the building, so near that if you are traveling with trolleys. I stayed one night, everything was good and as expected. No complaints at all. Thank you guys

Booking at this hotel even if you have prior reservations when you arrive there! You still may not have a room 2 stay in! Because they've already rented it out! And late at night that's just a shame... It really seems like they're catered to the nightlife with girls coming in and out.

The room is really hot. They do not even have a fan. A fan is a must. In addition the sexual noises after dark, of your neighbors will make your sleeping difficult. But, if you are open minded you will be fine. 🙂

I have stayed at the property many times so I knew what to expect. It is not new but is in good condition and clean. Very basic place. There are a few good places to eat in San Rafael nearby and its close to both Normal and San Cosme metro stations. Be aware at this type of property it is unusual for your trash to be emptied, bed made, towels changed during your stay unless you specifically request it as needed. The desk clerks tend to be friendly. No or very little English spoken.

Mi estancia en el Hotel Tres Colonias fue, en términos generales, satisfactoria. Destaco especialmente la excelente limpieza de las instalaciones y el trato amable por parte del personal, quienes en todo momento se mostraron atentos y serviciales. Durante mi estancia, se nos asignó una habitación en el tercer piso. Considerando que nuestra visita fue de 9 días y que el hotel no cuenta con elevador, el acceso constante por escaleras resultó un tanto incómodo. No obstante, la señorita de recepción tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecernos una habitación en planta baja para una próxima visita, lo cual se agradece. La ubicación es otro punto a favor, ya que se encuentra a corta distancia de la estación del metro Metro San Cosme, lo que facilita la movilidad. Además, los servicios de transporte como Uber tienen fácil acceso, y la zona en general se percibe como segura.hay varias tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores, asi como salones de baile Como comentario adicional, el ambiente del hotel suele ser frecuentado por parejas, en ocasiones con una expresión bastante entusiasta de su privacidad. En lo personal no representó una molestia, pero puede ser un aspecto a considerar para huéspedes sensibles al ruido. En conclusión, es un hotel con buen servicio y excelentes estándares de limpieza, recomendable para estancias cómodas, tomando en cuenta los detalles mencionados.

Las condiciones en general son buenas, aunque falta limpiar bien los pisos, el primer día mis tines quedaron asquerosos al caminar en la habitación. Si hay ruido y se escucha todo entre habitaciones, así que si haces cositas no dudes que los demás se enteren.
