Clean & comfortable room in a fabulous and very convenient to walk to everything location. The only thing missing in the room that I really enjoy was a hot water kettle to make my own coffee and tea, however I certainly appreciated the 24 hour complimentary machine in the reception area. I would not hesitate to return this hotel.

Well located and away from the busiest streets. The hotel is efficient but had everything I needed. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the staff-I needed them to store my bags on both sides of my one-night stay and they were very helpful, even delivering my bags to my room when it was ready. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. They also have an in room safe to store your valuables. The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. There is also a communal coffee machine in the entrance for you to help yourself to. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a central location on the same block as bus transportation. The hotel also provided a Luzern visitor card, which included free local public transportation. Breakfast provided a good start for the day. The room was clean. It was also quiet at night, even though we had a balcony looking out onto the street. The street was busy during the day but became quiet at night.
