We stayed for 4 nights and it was great! Staff was helpful, room was clean. We didn't use the pool so I can't speak on that. I was glad they had guest laundry and vending machines. Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice, but the whole place was dirty. The floors and tables in the dining area were sticky as was everything in the restrooms at the front. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a really long time. We didn't leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door, but no one cleaned our room while we were gone the first day. We had spent the day at Hurricane Harbor and all 4 of us needed a shower. I went to the front desk to ask for some clean towels and was told they didn't have any. I booked this hotel based on the Wyndham name and was very disappointed.

Apparently one of the washers was down causing a delay in assigning rooms, but the lady at the desk did her best to get us in our rooms. The AC unit fan was very noisy, but it was very hot so maybe that attributed to that. The breakfast was very good which helped a lot since we didn't sleep well!
