Over all good stay rooms clean service was excellent some issues with hot water and washing machines were broken but they were being fixed that day. Not sure what was going on with hot water but notified front desk and had hot water about 20 minutes later. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The staff were very nice. The hotel itself felt a bit dated and the location felt sketchy with the stadium under construction. It is walkable to downtown but it’s takes about 20-30 minutes over a pedestrian bridge. The breakfast is good with a lot of options. I wish they could be more environmentally conscious and not use so many disposable items such as plastic cups and cutlery which were also wrapped in plastic.

The pros were that it was very convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium where our event was and the lady at the check in (Crystal)was very helpful when we could not locate the hotel and assisted us on the phone until we reached the destination. We were so lost and the gps that we were using was not helpful. A con was that all the construction that is going on around the hotel was horrendous to deal with. We paid for valet service and it took a hour to get our vehicle when we checked out.
