Super nice and cozy hotel. Beautiful concept and great location, 1 minute walking from Guanajuato’s center, but hidden enough from the crowds and noise. Pool is a plus, my 2 little girls loved it. The terrace was an unexpected surprise, with an awesome view of the city. On the downside, in our opinion, the beds were extremely soft. We got back and neck pain after a couple of nights. The pool was somewhere between fresh to cold, even though staff “tried” to warm it up several times. Other than that, 10/10!

Roof top deck with a 360 view of the city was wonderful to return to after a full day of sightseeing ! Staff was most helpful in booking tours, airport shuttles and best suggestions in the area. Loved the modern mexican aesthetic of the hotel !

This hotel was great - comfortable hotel, great little heated pool with seating for relaxing, room was very clean and a nice size. My two young kids had plenty of room to play, and the closet area was huge with lots of shelves. Bathroom was very nice, huge shower and hot water every time. Location was great, too, 5-minute walk from most places we wanted to go (Teatro Juarez, funicular, Hidalgo Market). We’d happily stay here again.

The staff was very professional and accommodating and the location is ideal - only a 2 minute walk to the centre of the old town yet far enough away that the late night party noise won't disturb you.

I love the hotel. It’s exactly the kind of place I luke to stay. And it was clean. The ambience was perfect. The staff, friendly and helpful. And it was very safe. However, there were a lot of items on the menu that they did not have available to order. That would be the only negative thing I’d have to say.
