Lovely staff and clean rooms but the parking charge of 20 dollars a night is definitely a rip off .

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable; ac worked well; tv-wifi all good. Breakfast was perfect✔️✔️. Only the outside of the property needs some tlc and 20$ extra for parking is too much I think.

10/10 Exceptional

A terrific place to stay for an inexpensive option for a trip to the Falls. This hotel is clean and well-maintained. It’s basic but still quite comfortable. The breakfast is quite basic: toast, cereal yogurt, coffee juice. The staff were extremely pleasant. Parking was $20 which is standard for Niagara Falls and the lot was well lit and didn’t feel unsafe. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly hotel in Niagara Falls!

10/10 Exceptional

Our room was clean, spacious, and walkable to all things we wanted to do. We were inside, which I appreciated since there were a lot of ball teams, my only beef was the amount of smoke (usually pot) that people were smoking right outside of the doors I needed to use to leave, I’m not against it, I just don’t want to walk into a smoke bomb, that’s not on the hotel, people are just inconsiderate pricks.
