8/10 Very good

We stayed for 3 nights because we were there for a concert at Red Rocks and this place was close. It had everything that we needed, was clean, and looked and smelled nice. We didn't try the breakfast so I have no comment on that, but they did offer it everyday. Front counter help was very courteous and helpful. We would stay here again.

This place was a decent value hotel. The lobby and breakfast areas were really good, and along with the hot tub area were the best features. The room was cozy and clean, but the air conditioner unit was sporadic. Money has been spent on many areas for upgrades, but they forgot about the hallways, which were dank and smelly.

The room was with it and the front desk staff awesome. Great stay over all but the ac runs 24/7 in the room even when set to a temp, the property is a little worn but it's probably cause mountain traffic staying

Working to change from best western. King bed was so comfortable compared to other comfort suites!

8/10 Very good

Room was great, huge actually. The carpets in the hallway are dingy and need to be cleaned/replaced. The hot tub was great and the sauna was a nice surprise. It wasn’t the hottest sauna but you did start to sweat if you stayed in there long enough. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I couldn’t tell you about it that. I would stay again if in the area.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The entrance was not clearly marked, it was a separate building. We drove around the buildings and had to ask guest where was entrance to the hotel. They stated they did the same thing. I simple sign would solve this problem. Entering building for rooms, the hallway had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was ok, bed was comfortable. WiFi was very slow and our key cards needed to be replaced, the receptionist stated “yeah the system does that once in a while” it’s too bad because location was great.

2/10 Poor

Front desk staff was very friendly. We checked and went to our room. The carpet in the hallway was terribly dirty. Our room was dirty and had a weird smell. We left and went and found another motel to stay at. I would not stay at this motel.

Desk staff extremely friendly and helpful (seems like they do this while handling several responsibilities). Hotel was very quiet and bed was comfy. Overall had a great 2 night stay. Great location for Red Rocks. Ice machines not working. Lobby coffee not the best, could upgrade that. Would stay again.

4/10 Fair

A very long story but we got there and there was a medical emergency. The elevators were out, they gave us a dirty room.. went to the office and got another room. About 2 hours later a man just walked in. They had given him the same room! We were beside ourselves..please lock yourselves in!! ..the positive the bed was comfy the breakfast was average!! The staff were trying but were overwhelmed!!
Verified review

2/10 Poor

The carpet in our room was dirty, the air conditioner smelled like stinky feet, and the hallway going to our room had trash all over the floor even after housekeeping had been working in the same hallway. When we first got to our room there was a man on the first floor who had his window open and was hanging out of it smoking. They did have a resource for a shuttle to Red Rocks which ended up being money well spent.
