It was unfortunate that there were some construction works next door during our stay. It will be ideal that the hotel made it known to all guests before they make the booking so that guests are made aware of the noise level during the stay. Other than that, the room was nice and compact. Location is great. Staff were really helpful. We can extend late checkout with additional charges, which we are happy to pay as our flight was in the evening.

Staff was extremely attentive at every interaction we had with them even though we were not at the hotel that often during our stay. They gave recommendations for anything we enquired about too. Extensive array of amenities available in case you forgot anything. Hotel was unbelievably quiet too! Rooms were small but extremely efficient and beds were very comfortable. Located near the Shimbashi train station gave us access to nearly every location in Tokyo via the train system. Highly recommend!

This hotel is super great located. Shimbashi station is right there with all the restaurants and bars and also you can walk to Ginza to all the nice shopping. Rooms are tiny. Me and my husband are chubby so we had to let one pass to move to a side of the room because the space is super limited. Keeps you organized !
