The hotel was great/ perfect location , clean large room, with many stores and places to eat in the complex. The only thing I would say is the pool is older and smaller , not a true resort pool but it’s right across the street from the main beach. Great views from balcony

Loved this hotel. The rooms were nice, had great views and the staff was so nice and helpful. It is located in a perfect area across from the beach. So convenient having shopping and restaurants just below the hotel. We also ate at the buffet which really was good and especially having all you can eat snow crab.

The hotel is nice and has a great location - if what you want is the Center of Waikiki. Room has great view of the ocean. Room is decently equipped, but the bathroom is not super convenient- for a room that can accommodate 4 people (and near a beach) having one towel hook and one tiny rack is very limiting. The parking garage (self parking) is in the adjacent building and is not so friendly - you need to allow some time to climb up and down.

This was such a beautiful stay. The balcony views were amazing. All the staff were so kind specially the staff at the pool/bar area. They were so welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious ! The best part was having a coffee shop down stairs. Definitely would stay here again.
