Nice place . Needs some updates and more staff. Some of the staff seemed overwhelmed, especially at the lounge bar in the evening When we arrived and we were able to have a drink at the bar at 11 AM, the staff was very kind and friendly! Great job Mikal !

We had a lovely stay at the El Conquistador! Comfortable, spacious rooms with great beds. Excellent food poolside and at the Sun Cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved having the golf course options so close by! We would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

The room was dirtier in spots than I would have liked.. there were a few bugs. The pool water was cloudy and had tons of people and children, food being eaten in the pool, balls everywhere.. kind of chaotic and not relaxing as we'd hoped. The adult only pool was small and had some people hanging around it playing music so also not peaceful. Massage was wonderful though and the quesadillas from the pool grill were good.
