The staff were genuinely kind and super helpful, which made us feel really welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. This boutique hotel is a Jewel in Palma. Our room was comfy and very clean , It was as a bit small but very beautiful . Excellent location. The highlight was helping staff. All the reception staff were very helpful. unfortunately I can’t remember their name. They went out of their way to help us with every demand. I highly recommend this hotel.
