Pet-friendly was our draw to this hotel. It's an older hotel with no elevator. Room was clean and quiet atmosphere considering how many pets we saw! It served our purpose as they have a small dog park, which ours loved. Plenty to do in the area and lots of food establishments.

Staff was curteous. Stains on chair and bedspread. No blanket. Bath towels just bigger than a hand towel. Paint stains, dirt (?) in corners. Linens appeared and smelled clean. Got what we pain for. We were wondering if they rented by the hour.

Paid for a king size bed and got a queen, mightve been smaller. The room looked like they pulled the other bed out and left the head board on the wall just to make it a single room for my reservation. Didnt see a cockroach till sunday morning right before leaving so Ill have to leave everything outside for a week when I get home so I dont bring any critters home with me. I guess you can say you get what you pay for but I wasnt paying for bugs and a tiny bed buyer beware!

It was good that the Plastic was still on the mattress, under the sheets, because I felt like there would not be bedbugs. The toilet and the tub were clean but the rest of the bathroom needed to be demolished and redone. The Sink was shattered and stuck back together with glue. And, I have never been to a hotel where the hallways were 2x2 carpet squares, and not clean. It was obvious that some people were living there permanently. The owner was nice, and I felt badly for him. It was ok in an emergency, but try to find somewhere else to stay.

This hotel does not believe it is on Expedia, so you should not book through Expedia. The new owner told me he just bought the property, so I hope it improves. In the fall of 2025 it was in poor repair and very much not clean. I found it a little scary.
