Awesome staff!!

We were delayed with the recent flight cancellations and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we could check in later than normal, sent updates for us and couldn’t be more friendlier upon arrival. Great stay at the hotel and breakfast to match!

My Accommodation was not like the advertisement, the room was too small, I did not get any room service or room cleaning, the room was so cold and with no heat system, they refuse to keep my breakfast or deliver to room, really it was un comfortable stay ..

Sad to say not as good as it used to be

One of my go to places when in town but unfortunately I feel it wasn’t quite what is used to be. The breakfast for sure was a disappointment. During check-in I was asked when I was planning to have my breakfast to ensure no waste of food, which is great, but when I got there at said time, 45 minutes before end of service as requested, there were barely any food to choose between. To be fair the girl working there made me more coffee when I asked and also told me to let her know in case I was missing something, which was so much I felt bad having to ask for it all. After all, it’s a hotel that offers breakfast so in my opinion there should be at least a little bit of everything left.

Min visstelse var tråkig. Tack vare stor trötthet kunde jag somna, men rummet och i synnerhet badrummet var inte rent. Luktade illa, vatten var stående länge och hade till och med silverfisk. Jag vet inte hur andra rummen är men min var inte bra.

De positiva sakerna: sängen, bekväma stolarna i frukostsalen, gratisparkeringen samt närhet till centrum. Negativa: lite krångligt med dörrtaggen som funkar då och då, baren är egentligen i frukostsalen, fick inte intrycket att den var i funktion, inga sötsaker/desert till frukosten, deluxe dubbelrummet fortfarande väldigt litet/trångt.. pågående snickrande i hallen var lite störande...men helheten..för en natt så funkar det ;)

Sov i hotellets huvudbyggnad, De allmänna utrymmena kändes lite slitna, men jag såg även att det nog försökts göra saker bättre. De i personalen jag träffade var glada, tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma, utan deras engagemang skulle betyget se mycket sämre ut. Mitt rum var helt ok, men saknade en del saker som jag normalt förväntar mig i motsvarande priskategori

En riktigt dålig hotellupplevelse. Hotellet känns allmänt nedgånget, slitet och ofräscht. Handdukarna hade fläckar, sängarna känns som att de borde ha bytts ut för många år sedan och både väggarna dörrarna är så tunna att det är extremt lyhört. Frukosten gjorde tyvärr inte upplevelsen bättre. Tvärtom var det en av de mest sorgliga hotellfrukostar jag har sett, med väldigt begränsat utbud och låg standard. Sammantaget långt under vad man kan förvänta sig av ett hotell. Blir jag tvungen att övernatta i katrineholm igen och allt annat är fullbokat sover jag hellre i tält eller i bilen

Helt ok. Bra och varierande frukost, saknade inget. Vårt rum upplevdes som tyst, dock hördes det när folk gick och pratade i korridoren. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Minus var att toaletten saknade fungerande ventilation vilket gjorde att både rummet och toaletten hade hög luftfuktighet.

Hade väldigt låga förväntningar men blev positivt överraskad. Fantastisk service på mannen i receptionen. Vi blev uppgraderade bara för att och fick möjlighet att checka ut 13.30 ist för 11 då vi skulle iväg på bröllop. Otroligt tacksamt! Gick att köpa snacks mm. Godis bjöd han även på. Frukosten var bra och extra + till hemmagjord äggröra och ingen pulver.

Väldigt trevlig man vid receptionen, rent och snyggt. Det fanns dricka och snacks att köpa i lobbyn för normala priser vilket uppskattas enormt av oss! Vi är så nöjda så.
