"Our room was large and very comfortable, with a small round table, chairs and a sofa, a far cry From the crampef rooms we had heard about in Tokyo. "Great place for family!"

"The room is small by American standards but is normal by Japanese standards. So many thoughtful amenities. I liked the different size pajamas, the free drinks on the second floor, the nice onsen and snacks afterwards. Conveniently located to public transportation. Next door to Family Mart. Staff were friendly and spoke English."

"We had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The service was consistently professional while still feeling warm and personal, which made a real difference to our stay. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and everything was comfortable, well maintained and thoughtfully managed. We were especially impressed by how accommodating the team were with us as a family. A genuinely great experience...
