"Best place I ever stayed."

"I will definitely book a room at the Gracery next time I stay in Shinjuku. Rooms are very new and better size and layout than the dated APA hotel options next door. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the shower and tub. Breakfast buffet was the best Ive had in Japan: tacos, salad bar, veggies, meats, coffee bar, desserts and lots of other more typical breakfast fare options. Very easy access to JR station in Shinjuku. Lots of food and entertainment options. Despite the location the rooms...

"I liked the Shin Edo room with hinoki bathtub. Hotel's location is fantastic. So many restaurants within the hotel. Overall, I'd definitely visit again."

"Right in the Akasaka district with plenty of access to all of Tokyo. Disney Sea is 45 min away and Shibuya is 12 min away….and everything else all by train. The food district in Akasaka is a 10!"

"This hotel has a great location in Shinjuku. It’s a five minute walk from Yotsuya, which has excellent connections to all parts of Tokyo, as well as the Bullet Train. Their lounge service (providing tea, coffee and pastries in the afternoon) is good. The room we booked was larger than the usual Tokyo bijou ones. It used the space well, with a large bed, a small dining area, a kitchenette, and even an excellent quality (very quiet) washer dryer. They do provide a very basic breakfast, but we...

"Easy access to the Tokyo Metro (Nagatcho Station), and it’s quiet and peaceful around the property. Only a 20 minute ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya, no transfers necessary. "

"We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel. The gym/pool area was lovely, clean and well equipped. Buffet breakfast was great and we tried the special Japanese Bento box experience which was very impressive. View from the bar was incredible. Location very easy to explore. Rooms were large, well equipped and privacy screens were great for people sharing. Staff all so helpful, kind and professional."

"Clean room and great location near a train station"

"Hotel has a very good location very close the underground.the room was small and compact but very clean and room service daily.breakfast was OK and gave you a reasonable start to the day..coffee always good in japan .surrounding area is excellent for bars and nice restaurants..try the shintou monk bar 650 meters away a real experience also tortillas bar 100 yards away from hotel very good.."

"Excellent facilities, much larger rooms than average for Tokyo, friendly staff, exceptional dining options in the property and a 1 minute walk to the Nagatacho station on the Hanzomon/Yurakucho lines makes it a great base to explore Tokyo. 10 min walk from dining and entertainment options in Akasaka, but otherwise in a very quiet business district."

"Breakfast is delicious, there are four restaurants there, all are very good! Everything there is just perfect! Highly recommended!"

"The room was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was an extra charge but worth it. Convenient to trains and local places of interest."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. View from my room of the Imperial Palace grounds and city was amazing. When I get to visit Tokyo again, I'll choose the Grand Arc Hanzomon!"

"Delicious breakfast. Good location in a quiet area of Shinjuku, although around 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station. One of the best bakeries in town, with plenty of vegan options, all excellent. We stayed there al the beginning of our trip and went back when we returned to Tokyo the last days of our trip."

"Great location near the Imperial Palace. Attractive building, very kind staff. It was a very pleasant stay."

"Super close Tozai line train station just right beside the hotel, another train line was 15 minutes away. 3 Family marts near by. Super quite and comfortable neighborhood. Wonderful amenities. Loved everything about it"

"Our room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was super fast and easy with the friendly staff. Great location too - Iidabashi Station, shops and food are only a few minutes walk from the inn. Would definitely stay here again!"
